Sometimes Windows get fucky and doesn't detect uninitialized (?) storage. When I plugged in my 500GB Samsung 850 Evo it didn't show up or anything until I opened up Disk Management and formatted it.

it isnt showing in disk management is the problem

maybe disconnect all other devices and try to install windows to it and use the disk management from there to create a partition?
