many on geekhack have said soap and distilled water with toothbrush if need to be and keycaps can go into dishwasher if you dont want to wash them by hand too personally i'd rinse with alcohol after iso or even high proof vodka
many have used dishwasher on the keyboard but I couldnt recommend it

Use denture tabs to clean key caps.
