Make sure the RAM is properly/fully seated, and in the correct channels. Try booting with just one stick.

also if your using VGA switch to HDMI/dvi cable.
some newer boards have issues displaying out a VGA by default.

So I assume the cmos reset didn't make it post?
Hook up the onboard speaker and be sure your not getting a bios beep error code.

Are you sure the monitor works, do you have any way to check, did you do the RAM thing? Is the cpu 4/8 pin inserted?

no motherboard error beeps? Then I would guess the monitor is dead.. dono tho i would have to be there cant see what you might have missed.

monitor is 100% not dead its one of the ones i use daily


i dont think my case or mobo came with a speaker


both ram sticks are led and light up... prob doesnt mean anything as far as functionality

its in the correct channels i know casue ive messed this up before
