There's so many things that can cause the 'max fps' to change, Like others have said...

Patches, Temps, Drivers, Etc. It's not something to worry about, You're still getting far beyond what your monitor can display anyways.

You still need to check load. Your hardware is probably not utilized properly. Maybe we can do some tweaks.

The CPU was like 4200
GPU was like 1067 or something

CPU 33% load
GPU 19% load
