Overclocked 6600K at the least, 6500 is going to bottleneck a fair amount of frames on a gtx 1080

Wow that is pretty good. 1080 is 500 alone. Depends on what PSU/Mobo/RAM is used.

Wish I could build one but I have to wait a month or two to get settled!
