Well, that's a good temporary solution ( I think). But without the casesa side panel, you will soon have a severe dust problem.
All that aside, if you can keep your "load" CPU core temps, at say 45C or less, you will be fine.
You should consider either cooling your room some or at the least getting a 3rd party CPU cooler.
An all in one water cooler or a larger and better air cooler will help. As others have said, the "heat" has to go somewhere, there isn't anything that will "remove" it.
The best you can do, is relocate the heat.
I live in a 2nd floor apartment with no insulation, in a very old building. I also had sever heat issues. My solution is below...
