@OP... The choice is yours, you can just get a new motherboard, or you can upgrade your CPU, motherboard and RAM.

These are the X79 motherboards that are still available...

There maybe one or two that PCPartpicker doesn't have listed. Keep in mind that you can probably sell your 3930K CPU also.
