I just want it to look nice, and be able to play newer games in the future.. I dont play mp anyway, i play zombies, its what i like to play so..

personally I see no difference between 60 fps and 144 fps. I say go with a higher res 60Hz monitor rather than a 144Hz monitor.
the one I'm going to end up buying is the AOC U2879VF. 28" 3840x2160 @ 60Hz. it's not even $300.
doesn't have speakers (who honestly needs speakers on their monitor, they almost always suck)
does not have Nvidia G-Sync. does have Amd FreeSync though... but AMD cards suck anyways :P

or it could be that my eyes suck. I've even watched videos side by side at 60 fps and 144 fps and can't notice a difference.
60 fps=1,000,000 fps to me.
and before you say it. yes I watched it on a 144Hz monitor
