So i went in and turned on the OC Genie 4 or w/e in my bios.

In the bios it shows 4.3ghz, when i open speccy it shows 3.8ghz.
When i open task manager It shows this

So im confused, it says 3.8, and then speed 4.25

which one is right?

if p95 runs for even a minute i would consider it stable
unless temps is what you're worried about

i have never made it more than a second or 2 into p95 after all workers started while oc was unstable so that's what I'm going off of. I wasn't aware even a slightly unstable oc could maintain that kind of load for over a minute since the vast majority blue screen after even a partial sustained load

There are other kinds of instability to check for that would be useful to run p95 for longer but voltage isn't one of them imo
