They most be able to do something. A newbie could make the chip cooler and OC better. Using a razer blade and 12$ for a metal based thermal paste.

Also it's lot more then tim in costs and not needed for the chip to function in any better then rated.
remember OC'ing is on teh end user why should they absorb the costs.

The moving of the IHS slightly won't impact it i'm sure.
It's die, dye is for fabric.
Use acetone to remove the extra glue on the underside.
