Just curious, how long have you been using this mouse?

My house is using 3 deathadder chromas all bought within a year of eachother.

Hoping to not deal with a mouse apocalypse in 2-3 years haha

I've been using it since... September of last year. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Welp. razer mice have 2 year warranties, so I'd at least consider not hitting it anymore and looking at their warranty info haha.

It's not like a hitting, it's like lifting it up and swiping it in every direction to make sure it's nothing underneath. Lol do they really though? I'm looking into that 100%. Pretty sure I registered it too.

Yeah men, find that invoice email from when you bought it.

They will probably be gay and make you troubleshoot by re-installing drivers, trying different usb port, trying a different mouse, checking for dust and lint ect to make sure it's actually the mouse that's the problem.

YOU PURCHASED THE PRODUCT FROM A RAZER RESELLER, PLEASE CONTACT THE RAZER RESELLER IN REGARDS TO YOUR LIMITED WARRANTY CLAIM. If your Razer reseller is in the United States or Canada, they will only assist you with your warranty claim for 30 days from the date of your purchase, please follow the steps below if it has been more than 30 days from the date of your purchase.

Got it from Walmart when it was on sale :(

Oh wait, right below it says if I can't I just RMA it to them, yeah?

Oh. Nvm. I don't think I have a proof of purchase..

Most major retailers can look up receipts if you still have the credit/debit card you bought it with.

call walmarts receipt lookup # is 479-277-2643

Have your card/ store you bought it at, and date of purchase ready. They'll email you a PDF copy which you can send to razer

Always get extended warranties (preferably in-store) when buying Razer products, I forced my brother into purchasing the 2 year $10 warranty for a keyboard he got at BestBuy last week for this very reason.
