Not everyone wants to waste a grand on a monitor that will be outdated.

The Korean lottery can be epic if you get a good one. Especially since a GTX 1070/i5-6600k you can do 1440p no problem. I think you're really wasting that video card on a 1080p monitor.

Then the monitor for you would be: 27", 2560 x 1440, 144Mhz, 1ms response time and Gsync compatible. Unfortunately that would take about 4 of your budgets.

Solution: Get a korean one with same specs.

/e If you have to compromise anywhere on those specs...I would give up the Gsync, then if necessary, maybe drop down to 120Mhz or similar.

Korean monitors don't have gsync

and they're all 60hz (some can OC)

Qnix is great, Get the single Dual Link DVI model, It allows you to overclock to 96hz+ minimum. The multi-input ones don't overclock at all.

I had a 120hz qnix for a couple years, Till i got a Acer 1440p 144hz gsync ips :3

The Qnix ones aren't great for people with sensitive eyes, though.

Last I checked pretty much all of the Qnix models use PWM dimming. Gives people headaches.
