isnt titan xp already cut down? besides only being sold just by nvidia this time also?

Pretty sure I read there was a shipping manifest documenting it.
could be wrong idk been awhile since I read about it.

Also pretty sure there was a statement that 980 ti owners would be entitled to the upgrade like before.

Either way your talking 20% gains for 20-25% the money and the hassle of trying to sell old card.
If you have a buyer or know its an ez sell at 350 sure but I hate dealing with resales.

odd didn't know they did that then again I have no intrest in titans

anyways nvidia them selfs posted a linkin post looking for people and it states the 1080ti on it directly.

yes i remember that, but many of their roadmaps have changed in the past though too

I read alot of contradicting arguements on it too

I been waiting for it myself, might be my next card, but guess we will see,

If its the EVGA first gen with the thermal issues, you could do a warranty claim regardless haha.

even RMA it for one with the thermal pads pre applied if you wanted.
