The specs are accurate, trust me on that. I will do a benchmark test when she gets home and let you know!

I want to see temps also.
driver versions / ram speeds etc.

Sure! As I said once she gets home I will make her run that

But from what I saw, her temps were normal and the ram was clocked just fine, and even then any DDR4 ram runs at least at 2133 , which would not be an issue for games at all. I am thinking about some faulty part , maybe. But I have no idea at all.

Speccy will show us, temps, hardware, resolution you are gaming at...etc. Many times, a simple look at a Speccy screen shot will highlight a problem.

Other possible issues could be:

Dust, drivers, bad power, etc. Could also just be some driver setting.

On a side note, the proper to install or remove and install drivers is this...

DDU Instructions - Nvidia
1. Get this program, here: http://www.wagnardmobile.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=144 ...from the "Official Download Here" link, and save it to your desktop.
2. Get your vid card driver here, use the Manual Search: http://www.geforce.com/drivers ...save this to your desktop.
3. Run DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) choose the "Highly Recommend Option", and just do what it tells you. If it wants to go into "Safe Mode", let it.
4. After it's done and comp has rebooted to normal mode, just double click the Nvidia driver to install. If it want's to reboot, let it.

Isnt Speccy outdated? I read that it does not display stuff properly , it says my GTX 1070 only has 4GB of vram , wont see the clocking on my ram and stuff like that?

anyway here are the speccy screenshots ;

Mine : https://imgur.com/a/tCcfQ I have no issues , Temps are fairly good and everything runs like ussain bolts on cherios

hers ; https://imgur.com/a/o1box Runs like a squirell on prosac , Not too sure why it does not tell how much Vram her card has, but it is 8 GB as well. Her ram is not properly clocked apparently , or it underclocks itself when needed.

Benchmark I used OORTonline.gl (Probably shitty, but it gives us a better idea and I had no idea what to use)

My score was 9990 , hers 6740

There has to be something with hers.

Windows 10 is not an issue , specially not with those pcs. And usage is very low on both ends , ram is below 20% , GPU 5% idle and CPU around 10-15% idle with a stream in the background and a few apps.

First thing I would do is get your RAM running at the right speed. Unless you have 2400Mhz RAM, which the timings tell me you don't have...you probably need to go into the BIOS and use the XMP profile, which should set your RAMs speed properly.

HER comp definitely has faster RAM than 2400Mhz. The 16-18-18-35 timings tell us that.

The only other thing I can think of, is she may possibly has the ASUS Utilities installed. They come on the driver CD, and the Utilities, really shouldn't be installed.
