i bought a laptop from microcenter last week was 1099 with a 99 dollar rebate. gtx 1060, 16g ram, 256 ssd + 1 tb hd, i7 too. Should go on their website to see if they still have it.

the laptop 1060 is like 95% as good as the desktop version, which should last you way longer than a 960/970m

yeah i spent forever trying to find a 1060 with 16g and ssd and couldnt get lower than 1200. Randomly stumbled upon this and instantly bought. There was a 1060, 16g, ssd laptop on FRONTPAGE slickdeals for 1300 yesterday lol
