Not always true. High-end beQuiet and Noctua air coolers are as efficient (or more in some cases) than all-in-ones at cooling. Many people say they're quieter as pumps can be noisy, but to be honest my H100i v2 is very quiet.

So regarding the liquid inside the cooler, is it possible to make these certain colors, or their are LED lights that give it that specific color you are looking for? Also what is the liquid thats typically used? It it a combination of water and some other thing?

It's an All-In-One. The tubes are black, you don't ever open them. Just install it and you're good to go.

You cant add color to any of them

the only one you can change the liquid in is the Swiftech H240 I believe.

However, if you have the know how, you can sleeve the cables of an AIO to get it some color.

theres rgb aios is only way to add color except for one you mentioned
