Actually your right.
My cause is dual chamber but not complete closed off
Anyway I had to mount my CPU radiator on 2 of my 4 front intake fan spots.
So therefore in all honesty I'm sacrificing ambient temp for part temp.

Cool kids have a VRM waterblock and stay under 45C :)
