Try lowering the clock speed or give it some more juice.

My computer when booting let's me choose a low quality, moderate or high setting. It's always on moderate I believe but I'll check.

Note these were original specs. Motherboard and gfx card have been replaced recently. Also replaced the main fan

Well damn, that's a good power supply. I dunno, check your connections?
Try a different cable.

Do you have another grfx card you can test with? If so, try it and see if the same problem occurs.
