Sorry, I got kinda lost...2 SSDs, and two laptoips?

I know this...

If you are installing legit Windows 10, you can always open a Microsoft Chat. :/

I had two same laptops in my hand, both Inspiron 15 7559 with same specs and bought two identical Toshiba SSDs from which one worked straight away (newer laptop that did not have any previous use) and other one that I had been using for 6 months previously and had this problem.

Problem with MS chat is that they can't really offer working solutions (from past experience) so I'd rather not waste time on them.

E: Windows is legit, my laptop had license when I bought it.

Well for the laptop that used to have Windows...ANY software leftovers (AV, backup software) etc., can cause this issue.
On the laptop with the problem, is the HDD still in there, or has it been removed?

No HDD, only M.2 SSD which has been formatted, last time I installed 32-bit version, it was clean install without any AV or backup software.

If the laptop has an Optical drive, I would get Partition Wizard boot CD and use it to make SURE everything is deleted on the SSD. Windows has built in backup software.
Yes, I'm just guessing here. :)

^^ That is what I use when things seem to get all...fucky.

Yeah, no DVD-drive for me.

Some sources have been pointing to some USB-device conflict but it doesn't seem to be problem because one version installs fine. I just tried unofficial ISO on another USB stick and same error, again.

Ok, here's a wild guess.

If you still have the HDD with Win 10 x64 ??? Is there a way to just clone the HDD to the SSD?

/e Like maybe use a PC to do the cloning?

/ee That would be a way to get around a possible USB conflict?

I have HDD but without Windows. I could attempt to install it on HDD again and then clone it. I think there is software similar to Samsungs. Thanks for tip.

EaseUS Partition Master has a "clone Wizard"

You can also use Clonezilla.

/e Yeah, if you can get Win 10 x64 installed (via the same DELL) installed on the HDD, then you could use a PC to clone it.

/ee You would have to use the same DELL to install Windows 10 x64 to the HDD. That way you will know if something in the DELL is broken, or the SSD is broken somehow for x64 (after cloning the HDD)???

I got setup to start by formatting USB stick to FAT32 instead of NTFS. Rufus and MS Media Creation tool format it to NTFS by default and it doesn't work. FAT32 works fine with UEFI mode. It is installing now, hopefully it will complete without errors.

Now setup is throwing up another obstacle. At 91% setup cancels giving error code 0x8007025D with explanation "Windows cannot install required files. The file may be corrupt or missing. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation."

Fuck my life.
