Be sure to have a look at everyones builds and ask questions on differences so you can pick the best setup.
then you buy the parts. While you wait, you can google some youtube videos on how to put it together yourself.

its actually quite simple and we can all help you if you have problems. I'd also be comfortable to video chat with you for some help if it ever came to that
