Resolution scale can be changed so icon size does not matter; if the machine is meant for gaming, no sense jumping on QHD since the GPU would not provide enough power in modern titles, native resolution always looks better anyhow so dropping the QHD to FHD in a game won't look as great.

Vouch. To the an extend.

Resolution on games can always be turned down
Windows 10 icons, text, etc can be changed so that isn't an issue
Fhd touch screen?

Looks to me qhd is giving more options and features

If I buy the QHD+ and lower the res by 1 level, I would get the EXACT same res/performance as the Full HD version?

What you should do is scale up like 175% in windows.
And play your games at 1080p. On 1800p a lot of game will take a performance hit.

Text on some pages can be way to small. Just press Ctrl + scroll then you will zoom. It will save your zoom settings on each site.

Can I recommend you an MSI instead?
Higher resolution and pretty much the same specs. Just a bit bigger screen and slightly lighter. possible a bit cheaper even.

ugh and extra 1tb storage
and slightly faster RAM

My cousin actually has that exact one. Had to send it back in to get fixed 6 months into ownership. :/
