I've never been able to find them in ASUS's estore. I've always had ASUS 2nd tier...email me a link. :/

Also here is the ASUS forum for motherboards. At the bottom, just choose your exact motherboard in the drop down box.

Only use the other BIOS chip, if it is the exact same board. Including version number.

Google was also saying something about Suspend mode putting it into an infinite BF error loop.
