maybe google that specific issue with wow.
I doubt all your games have an fps lock like this.
strangely enough it seems to do that when set at 144, but not 60
but the issue remains that it isn't just 1 game, this was just the game where i noticed an issue despite not having set it in sleep yet
others tend to show an issue after waking up my PC, alongside my clock falling behind on time as well
my main confirmed issues after waking up are desynced cutscenes in God Eater and Runescape being capping at 164 suddenly instead of the usual 144 (with Vsync)
