There's nothing wrong with the PSU for acting how it is. Its designed to do that.

Is 50-55c At full CPU load? Or Idle?

the word "Package" trolled me into thinking this was the overall temperature of the full case (im new/dumb no flame plz)

th 55c was at full load i reckon (was running a game (dota2) at close to max settings), the maximum temp during that time was 71c

right now the temp is 39-4x idle (got the browser running and some minor stuff, nothing big)

Package refers to all cores at once.
if thats while playing dota you should be fine.
run speccy or something to show us idle temps.

That's your motherboard.

Either way, You have an intel CPU. They're good for 90c+ temps. You're completely fine.
