1st of all where tf did you find a x8 for 200?

2nd, do a ping test from speedtest.net to a Chicago server and see if it's similar. You were wireless before as well right?

Got it from a pawn shop. Someone bought it didn't use it and pawned it. Still had plastics on the router and antennas still plastic binded.
