We plan network environment for small to mid size companies.
We got a helpdesk for a vocational school on the other side of the road, and a office firm inside the same building as ours.
A helpdesk on the public library a few times a week.
My favorite thing is the TestLab which just started this Monday on the public libary.
I help out kids and teens develop creativity and ideas.
LEGO Mindstorms, LEGO WeDo, Makey Makey, Edu Minecraft, Play with 3D-Printers and last but not least HTC vive(virtual reality)

You could try out taking some certifications. They make you very desired within IT.
Something like Cisco (CCNP, CCNA, CCiE), Microsoft (MCSE, MCITP, MCTS), CompTIA (A+, Network+, Security+, Linux+), Apple (ACSP, ACTC).
