I just don't like my stuff getting that hot everytime I upload a 720p video to youtube, which is 10-15 times a day.

You're literally fine as is, You can run that CPU at 70c for life, without issue.

Programs tend to show the 'actual' speed of Ram. DDR (Double Data rate) Effective speed (Which they list when you buy it) Is well... Double what speccy says.

3000mhz will show up as 1500
