There were 3 windows 7 files on that link, grabbed them for you serial and I'll throw you a dropbox link in a little bit.

They're cab files, not exes or msis, so use http://www.mydigitallife.info/how-to-manually-install-cab-cabinet-file-on-windows/ for directions. Sending you a link to a zip file with the 3 windows 7 drivers. None of them specified 64 bit, so try them to see which one works.

For this driver, you can't do that.
It can be easily gotten thru MS Windows Updates, but his WU don't work.
