i thought they were links to single items. guess not lol

also the desk has a weird lip, type of overhanging ledge, so its not flat underneath. theres like a good 3 or 4 inches of ledge. id have to break it off and that would be bad...

I figured that...some of those keyboard trays, will work even with that issue.

there may, but it looks like all of them only lower the tray an inch or 2, and i need to be able to lower it a bit more and then come out underneath the desk

ok so maybe the keyboard tray under the desk isnt a good idea....

what about a desk on wheels that can be raised or lowered.... and i can place my keyboard on it lol...? a tray that can wheel over the armrests on my chair...?

How much more height?

Flip chair over take one bolt out that holds the base to the. Chair
Go to hardware store get same thread bolt but longer by what is needed along with nuts washer and or spacers to make up desired distance

Then apply to the Chair usually just 4 bolts

Actually used this method myself

Do not use plastic and remember the washers nuts or spacers go between the base plate and chair itself

sounds interesting but i didnt exactly follow what you are saying?
i tried to retype what i think you are suggesting, but sorry im quite lost. not sure what you mean by the bolt that holds the base to the chair?

and to answer how muhc more height, id say i would need at least 3 or 4 inches taller.
