/e CM sells their cooler with high SP fans, Noctua doesn't.

How does comparing two different coolers show anything about fans?


The fins on air coolers are so far spaced, There really isnt a huge need for static pressure.

/e YES, rads are more dense than CPU heat sinks. Does that mean you don't need static pressure fans on a CPU heat sink...NO.
Jay even recommends static pressure fans for front intakes, where a HDD cage may be located.
