what's bad is spending $50 on a shitty cx psu, hdd for WoW, and recommending 950 that is out of stock when there's another for a buck more with $20 cheaper after MIR.
But hey, with your logic, he can just spend more $$ without the option to save $20 cos it's bad.
OP is obviously tryin to save cost, cuz he wants a 300-400 build. I don't see how MIR can be bad if it means getting most perf out of his money.
