resolution
type of panel
processor you want in it
memory
drive space
wifi only or use on your cell network
ports you need
battery life
then these and your budget to start to single it down

I don't think I'll have any limitations on the things you've said above except that it needs to be wifi only.
I mean, if you own an android tablet and you like it, recommend it.
