It's about making Nvidia pay. Nvidia took the time to put inferior, nearly unusable, memory into their devices and market it as the real thing.
I can wipe my ass with $30 and not think twice, but I would 100% take the money from Nvidia just for trying to pull one over on the gaming community. The only way to keep Nvidia from doing something similar in the future is you make them pay hard this time around.

I will get my money, I was actually disappointed with the knowledge, but they are wonderful cards served me well
funny thing for the cards to actually suffer you would be pushing them past their horsepower anyways
