You might have bumped them by accident. I've done it before. :/

Yeah just saw, tried to switch them on and see if something happens but it's not even switching them.

And I just checked and switched it back to OFF but nothing happening.

Like whenever I press caps lock it will just print this kind of weird sentences : HQSDFGJKL
M%4hqsdfgjkl
mù4HQSDFGJKL
M%4hqsdfgjkl
mù4
GQSDFHJKLM%4hqsdfgjkl
mù4
GQSDFHJKLM%4
..

It's so weird

1.Open Start>Run> Type without Quotes: "osk" and press enter.
2.Press those key's which were creating troubles and check those keys on the Osk.
3. If the keys on Osk Works fine then there's a problem with your Keyboard and if the Osk is also facing the same problem then you might have to Format the System because some malwares attack the system drive and alters the behaviour of custom keys.

If the former is the case for #3 then you will need to get a RMA from retailer or Ducky manufacturer.

Once you do this and confirm the problem is with your keyboard, I am sorry to say there is no fix since it is a defected product.

You see what it says after Dip1 ??

If Dip1 is ON, the caps and cntrl key will change places. You may need to reboot after you set the Dip switches properly.

Can't really get RMA since my 1 year warranty expired since 2 months :(

This isn't an issue with interchanging of keys, the keys are being set to arbitrary macros which he did not set on his keyboard. The keyboard is most likely defective.

I seriously doubt the keyboard is broken.
I think you are just upset and not reading through the manual correctly.

I have a Shine 2 and a Shine 3, which I have been abusing for 3+ years...no issues.

/e Ducky Shine keyboards...hardly ever break. Even if they did, you can just RMA it.

That's why defected products are called...defected. And he said he can't RMA it anymore apparently

Look, I know you want the fg...you can have it. I seriously doubt the keyboard is broken. I would bet it's either a Windows problem or a setting...set incorrectly.
