Pre-built computers, like laptops, have a hidden Factory Restore partition. I would just call ASUS tech support: 888-678-3688, and tell them what the problem is, and ask them to explain to you....how to do a Factory Restore.
I can factory restore, but im wondering if at this point would it help at all? Should it be showing my video card under display in dxdiag? I honestly had never checked it up until i started having problems
My problem is i have a fairly slow internet connection, and it'll take awhile to redownload everything and for some reason my laptops are always slow on my network for the first few days, regardless of downloads.
