I'm telling you, there is a hardware problem with that unit. And I'd probably start with the motherboard.

Is there a way to check which component is faulty? And by starting with the mobo what do you mean?

The fault codes were referencing AuthenticAMD stuff, so going by your Speccy results, it's CPU, motherboard, or GPU. And I'm referring to swapping components. The MB will be the cheapest. If you have any older parts laying around (an Nvidia GPU would be particularly helpful), you could try popping it in and see if it still BSODs.
