The ones I linked are only $9 more and have a headband that CAN'T sag. :)

the headband only rests hard on the head due to low clamp force. if the clamp was tighter, wouldn't be an issue. but a simple cushion mod would be just fine...

In the hradware aisle of Home Depot they have tons of cool looking things in those little pull out drawers...things just like those cheesy plastic clamps.

can you make sense already?

fuck it... i'll just get w/e headband pad replacement and mod it, since no one has had this issue. was just see'ing if anyone knew one that was a good size. or even one that would work on an AKG, since the headband is similiar.

Sense making:

1. Those clamps on your headphones are just a glorified nut and bolt. In the hardware aisle at Home Depot they have, lots of nuts and bolts...which would be tacky.

BUT they also have this whole section of wide but low height drawers, with "specialized" fasteners of all kinds, some are pretty cool looking, But you have to GO to the store to see them. I doubt you could find them online. I doubt they even list them.

The problem is not the headband, it's the fasteners.
