Yep :)

/e Unfortunately for AMD fans...Nvidia is on top atm...at least with single GPU cards.

770 is marginally stronger than a 680 for less.

760 SLI is about also what you could afford which is fairly stronger than a Titan in gaming. If you do go this route i'd probably upgrade your power supply.

it wouldn't even draw 600w...

Hey now, my Titan runs D2 at Ultra settings no problem :D

What resolution do you play at?

This could be a deciding factor between 7970ghz and 2gb 770 and 4gb 770.

w/o Vsync turned on I get way over 2000 fps lol

Hell my GTX 580 got 800-900fps

No, but it would give a little overhead for depending on the cards if he were to get and overclocking. I'm sure 7850's draw a little less power.
