All at the same time? They aren't bad temps.

If you just added new paste and what not you might need to wait a bit for your thermal compound to "settle".

What would be ideal idle temp btw? Testing that soon too

Depending on your ambient temperature and since it isn't overclocked (and Ivy) i'm going to say low 30's is what I would shoot for.

The CPU you have. Ivy bridge. It has a lower thermal power design so it will run cooler on stock.

Yeah. If you just put on your cooler I would wait a bit until your thermal compound gets some use. Then check your temps later on.

And how long does my pc need to be idle before I can get the realtemp?

It shouldn't take that long i'd say 10 minutes tops. I would keep track of the temps and see how low they go.
