i'd keep your bus speed around 2 and change the multiplier from there, you may run into stability issues with some software in the asus suite not letting you actually deliver the desired voltage to your cpu, that's something you will have to look up though, i don't run an asus board. pretty simply, change it to what you want it at, even with voltage regs, you should be able to hit 4.0Ghz at like 1.35v, without worrying about voltage restrictions from the asus software. then simply dload cpu-z, hw monitor, prime95 , and watch your temps, you don't wanna go over say 65°.
