here...this is idle and load temps after 3 hours of Prime95 Blend...after...apt had cooled down to normal A/C temps....in a few hours my temps will look just like the idle temps in this pick..same for load. Ya gotta realize...that even an 18,000 BTU A/C takes about 4-6 hours to cool off a non insulated apt., its now 83F outside :/ Altho I tested at 3.823Ghz...for long term 24/7 use I backed it off to 3.7Ghz

You have a 940? I thought you had a 955. I have a 940, but I am trying to sell this CPU off, and got a buyer already. I use 207 though.

Ohh, I say DDR2 and AM2+. I have DDR2 and AM2+, so you pretty much have the same processor, lol.

well not really...they made some small architectural changes with the 955 and up CPU's...the 940 was the end of the line for that architecture.
They still very similar though.

940 was the same, just for AM2+ boards, if I'm not mistaken.

I swear anyone can get these really low temps...merely by careful arrangements of ur gear...I know this isn't always possible...but since imma old fart and live alone...I sorta re-arranged my apt., to achieve this....
