Test has passed no errors with module #2, in slot 1

Does that mean I can only order 1 module, same model and run dual channel? Or does it need to be 2 brand new modules?

Im leaning towards bad ram slots in your motherboard come to think about it. If you can afford it buy new ddr 4 ram nothing fancy cheap do a test same errors its your mobo slots.

for now im running the PC with both RAm modules in, it seems to be stable. But I will certainly look into getting a new set anyway just in case

All this time troubleshooting is a just wasting your time in this precious life. Go use the tiktok shop New user coupon and find some 16 GB ddr4 ram for less than $30. Newegg's store.

haha yea you are right. Was running the test during the night so not much time was wasted.

I ordered new RAM already

Yep! That's basically the going rate for that amount of RAM. Amazon's preferred since returns will be easy in case you have an issue with it.
