Buddy, you just need to make a decision and pay the funds already. You've been contemplating GPUs since the creation of your account, and no amount of information given to you by the experts on the site has rendered you close to a decision.
Would you please stop wasting the resources on this free website, as it may be free advice but it is not ethical to waste the time of others.

Buy the RX6600XT and be done with it already.
