that cpu shouldnt really be overheating unless you're running it at 500% all time time lol, are your case fans spinning? cpu fans? i'd get some thermal paste and take off the cpu cooler to see what's up. maybe they forgot to put some on (you'd need to go buy some paste for like $10), or the plastic removal tab wasn't removed (this is actually pretty common to see, sadly)
are you actually seeing a temp increase? i'm not familiar with that actual warning itself. if you download "HWINFO" you can run it and see your CPU temp live. with that cpu i'd be surprised to see it hitting 65-70 celcius under a decent sized load.
ex. run hw info, select 'sensors only' and look for your cpu

example of a company that forgot to remove the plastic on a pre-built, effectively murdering the cpu cooling capacity...

further edit: looking into your cpu cooler in specs, apparently that one is prone to complete failure.. if there is no plastic, and it is still doing the shutdowns, i'd replace the cpu cooler. it seems to not work consistently under loads which is a huge issue in itself.
basically any cpu cooler aftermarket would be better.

it also appears if you have a 3 year warranty this would be covered under warranty more than likely if you wanted to deal with these guys, but honestly it may take a LONG time to get resolved vs. buying this part and taking the other out and sacrificing like 2 hrs of your time
