use = pc gaming/ pc work

currently use Siberia 800s , its my second pair and they're broken already. both lasted roughly 1 year only

thinking about getting the steel series arctic pro wireless
or
a blue yeti and just some headphones
thoughts any suggestions?

Go with the Steel Series

just need good sound for fps games, csgo, br games
nothing else matters
wireless is just for luxury

as of now im thinking of getting
Philips X2/27 Fidelio, dont think you need an amp for these
or
beyerdynamic DT 990 PRO with an amp

could get another wireless steel series, but there pricey and break, maybe i just have a big head idk

will having good headphones with a good amp make sound a lot better than just good headphones?
like hearing footsteps and people reloading and what not

ive used steel series headsets all my life, never tried good headphones with an amp

amp won't make sound better, it powers higher end speakers.
a dac can help sound though and is commonly packaged with amps in a combo.

The odd thing is no ones asked your budget yet your getting so many suggestions.
Though do get a mic and headphones vs a headset. A snowball mic is plenty for most users.
