My current TV is a 32" 720p that only has 1 speaker, the audio jack is broke, and I don't like having to use my computer to run streaming. I've thought about Roku, but I'll have some extra money when I start a summer job so might as well just get something better that'll last a while.
Looking into getting a new TV to wall mount with a soundbar some time between now and Cyber Monday.

When is the best time to buy? (I don't NEED a new one now, just be an upgrade)
Does HDR make a big difference?
What's a good size and resolution to look for if it's just for a standard size bedroom streaming Netflix/Youtube?
Would be looking to wall mount, any insights on that?
Any other information that would be good to know in the TV market?
Decent soundbar recommendations/insights? (would be mostly for movies/shows, probably music as well)
