I set it up to Freesync because I have an AMD card. When I do that it defaults to monitor response 3? So does this mean I’m not gaming in 1ms!? I’m lost. Lol

Where are you seeing that the monitor response time is at 3ms?

In the monitor menu there’s an image control option then there’s response time on freesync it defaults to 3.

It's probably just an "Overdrive" Setting, Not actual 1/2/3ms.

Needless to say the HP Omen monitor I had was defective I returned it and got a full refund.. I think I'm gonna buy this Acer 1440P 144hz monitor on sale right now with Freesync it's like 100 bucks more. But luckily my CC just came in so why not spoil myself with more longevity I guess eh?
