hello guys so in a nutshell my issue is this. im trying to run about a 15 to 20 virtual machines on this machine. each one will use roughly about 5mb of ram / 50 gb hd. to play a game of course. im not getting a enough juice from my cpu. i definitely need any upgrade. heres my current PC spec's. any help would be greatly appreciated.

i need definitely need a cpu x3 to x4 times stonger. is there a compatible CPU with my current build?

Better off with a 2nd system imo

I just want to replace the cpu processor. It's not bad. It's just not giving me enough power for what I need it to do. At the time when the guy built it for me in PC part picker. There was an option for a better CPU @ like 800 - 900 USD. Sadly as the cost of building this mammoth was getting insane. And instead of going with better 800 something one. I went with less 430 dollar one. Worst mistake ever. Now I'm trying try to find what that better option was in PC part picker and I absolutely suck using that website. I know laugh at me i was trying to use that site for hours a few days ago. I fucken suck.

And also bud I do have a 2nd computer I need an upgrade question on. This helped keep me at pc part picker forever as well. Lol

But I'm certain 2nd one is easier to get help. I just need to up grade the ram. Right now it's 32 gb to the same version just 64 gb. But only 4 bays. So I need to replace them period. (Sad I know what waste of money. Hopefully I can reuse in a PC I'll build for my son).

In your secondary system you will need ddr3, not ddr4.

5820k imho, can easily push it up to 4.2ghz bare minimum up to 5ghz if lucky and it will be an absolute monster compared to that piece of shit xeon.
7700k would be a downgrade in comparison, unless you compare them both at stock speeds which would be silly. Ignore the multi recommending babby lake.
