Hey so Im looking for a new monitor.

I have a 144hz monitor strictly for gaming currently, so this monitor would be my main. For everything else like normal tasks, movies, youtube, web browsing, potentially photoshop etc... so something crisp and HD

Something potentially 4k, or curved, or ultrawide.. something like that. Im not sure what is good and what isnt. So thats why I am asking for help.

Musts:

- black monitor
- 27 inch minimum, open to bigger if ultrawide etc..

Bonus:
- Acer monitor, this is not a 'must' but my other monitor is Acer, and would be nice to keep with that. But is NOT mandatory as I dont want to narrow my search to far

Budget: $500 give or take

They're amazing for non gaming purposes. I use them over my 165hz pg279q for everything other than fps games.

I hope it's not 60hz your excel input will lag.

It feels fucking awesome, ultrasharps color quality can't be compared. Hence why I said i use it for everything other than FPS gaming. I mean if it was such a "HUGE" difference like you state (seeing 20fps mouse moving :rofl:), i would've ditched the ultrasharp and got myself another pg279q monitor. I dont need to lie like you, and don't have trust issues
