So yeah, whenever im trying to use netflix/game at the same time my PC just spike lag every 2second
It even does that when i just run Netflix apparently, any wonder why and what i could do?
Friend told me to upgrade to upgrade my RAM as it was really slow frequency and i might need a 16GB to run dual monitoring easily.

Im fine with upgrading, but at what cost and i want to make sure at 100% it will fix my problem/help my PC after

you can use hwinfo software, aida64. etc

Im not so sure what you need, so i tryed to upload most information possible

Need to invest in a 60hz monitor, should help.

to rule out if you are running out of memory

same with video memory too

run hwinfo64 into sensors only

Not really. You need a real 60hz monitor if you want the lag to be gone. It helps a lot, especially when dual monitoring.
